    3.5 servings Spanish-Style Slow-Cooker Chicken
    7 whole wheat flour tortillas
    1 10 oz enchilada sauce
    1/2 c reduced-fat mild cheddar, shredded


Prepare chicken recipe.

Place 1/2 c chicken in each tortilla and place, seam-side down, in sprayed baking dish.

Top with enchilada sauce and shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Makes 7 1-enchilada servings.
