Here's an quick, easy dinner using your microwave. Here's an quick, easy dinner using your microwave.
Number of Servings: 8


    4 Tablespoons White Flour
    4 Tablespoons Butter
    1/4 Teaspoon Salt
    2 Cups 1% Milk
    1 6 oz Can Tuna, drained or 1/2 of 12.5 oz
    2 Hard Boiled Eggs
    8 Slices Whole Wheat Toast


In microwave, melt butter. Remove & stir in flour and salt. With a wisk, gradually add milk. Microwave on high about 3-5 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Add tuna & 2 cut up hard boiled eggs. Serve over toast. Serves 8 (1/4 cup each). To cut calories can use margarine, lower fat milk & lower fat toast. Makes 8 servings (1/4 cup each)
