Ingredients

    2 cans cream of chicken soup ( low fat)
    1 can of water
    sage
    garlic powder
    pepper

Directions

brown chicken on each side cook about 15 minutes total
add in soup and water and spices. cook for 10 minutes and turn chicken over and cook another 10 covered.
Serve with veggies and rice or whatever you like
