    I have to say that these ingredients are an estimation. I forgot to measure exact amounts, as I just make this without thinking about it from what is what is in the refrigerator!

    Carrots, 1 cup chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves, chopped
    Beef Sirloin, 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. cut into small pieces
    Stewed Tomatoes, 2 cans
    Green onions, 5 to 6, chopped
    Celery, chopped 1-1/2 cups
    Potatoes, Red, about 4 to 6
    Bay Leaf, one
    Beef Broth, Swanson Low Sodium, 2 cans

    Barley, 1 cup
    McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning


Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low. Makes 10 servings, approximately
