My simple curry recipe My simple curry recipe
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 bag of frozen vegi mix (I used strir fry mix)
    2 cups beef broth (to make vegan, use veggie broth)
    4 servings (half the recipe) of my curry roux

Directions

Add veggies and stock and bring to a boil, remove a cup of the broth and mix with the curry roux. Add back into the pot and simmer until reduced by half, and stew thick. Serve with rice.
