    1 lb lean ground beef
    1c eahc diced onion, carrots, celery
    2 t minced garlic
    1 can kidney beans undrained
    1 can great northern beans undrained
    2-15 oz cans tomato sauce
    1 can beef broth
    1 T vinegar, 1.5 t salt, 1 t Italian seasoning
    8 oz whole wheat small shell pasta


In large soup pot brown beef along with onions, carrots, celery and garlic for 10 min on med. Add remaining ingredients except pasta. Simmer 30 min. Cook pasta al dente. Add to soup and simmer.
