Ingredients

    2 cups garbonzo beans, cooked
    1 c quinoa, cook according to instuctions
    1 cup Carrot - raw, chopped
    1 cup Snowpea (Pea Pod), sliced
    1 cup Celery, raw diced
    1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh minced
    4 T Balsamic Vinegar
    1 Lemon, peeled
    4 T Tahini
    1 Onion (Yellow), chopped
    1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
    2 T cumin

Directions

Chop carrot. pea pods, celery, cilantro, onion and combine with beans and quinoa. In blender put lemon, tahini, vinegar, cumin and blend well. Pour over salad, mix. Top with toms. Let stand for several hours before serving to let flavors blend.
