    (1) Low Carb Whole Wheat Wrap (I use La Torilla Factory brand)
    (1) Large egg
    1.5 oz of Schwan's Live Smart Hash Browns
    (1) Slice Kraft Fat Free American Cheese
    (Feel free to add peppers, onions or your favorite veggies too)


Spray small frying pan with olive oil and heat on burner set at medium high
Add hash browns and cook approx 5 minutes
Lower heat to medium and add egg stirring to scramble with hash browns
Cook about 5 minutes or until egg is cooked completely.
Top with sliced cheese and lay whole wheat wrap over the top. Let cheese melt
Flip the whole thing over on a paper plate, roll-up and enjoy!
