    16 oz cooked pasta
    2 cups 1 % cottage cheese
    2 cups american or mixed cheese
    1 cup fat free milk
    1 tsp powdered garlic
    1 tsp Mrs Dash or italian seasoning (no Salt)
    1 tsp white pepper
    2 tomatoes I prefer romano sliced
    1 cup sauted scallions cooled(use parkay spray to saute)


Mix cooked macaroni, 1 1/2 cups grated american cheese, 2 c. cottage cheese,milk, scallions, garlic, pepper and mrs dash
together and and place in a well sprayed oven dish. Top with sliced tomatoes and then the 1/2 c of american cheese you had left. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes and serve.
Taste great with a salad with grapes and apples in. I often just get precut up salads or even coleslaw mix and add the fruit a side dish. It serves 8 with 1 cup portions-- but you'll be tempted to eat more.
