Ingredients

    1 lbs Ground Beef
    1 pkt Taco Seasoning
    1 box Spanish Rice
    1 cup Salsa
    1 can Black Beans (Optional)
    1 can Corn (Optional)
    Sheddred Cheddar Cheese (Optional)
    Tortilla Chips (Optional)

Directions

Cook hamburger meat until no longer pink and drain excess fat. Prepare taco seasoning with meat as package indicates. While meat and taco seasonings cook, make Spanish rice according to directions on box. Once finished add black beans, corn, and salsa. Let cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes. combine meat with rice mixture.
Top individual servings with shredded cheese, lettuce and sour cream if desired.

Serve with Tortilla chips to scoop up mixture onto chips or fill whole wheat torillas with mixture and bake for 20 minutes at 374. Top
