    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 garlic clove
    1 can enchilada sauce
    4 tortillas, 8 inch
    12 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded


Brown ground beef with garlic and onion, Pour in enchilada sauce. Mix well. Spray a 8X8 casserole dish. Layer tortilla, then meat sauce, sprinkle with cheese. Repeat until all sauce, and cheese are gone. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes

Freezing Instructions: You can freeze without baking or cut time in half (10 minutes) then cool and freeze.

Serving Directions: Thaw and cook for 15 minute or Cook frozen for 20-25 minutes or until heated through to middle.
