    - (2) tbsp. Olive Oil
    - (6) cloves Garlic, pressed / minced
    - (1) 8 oz. package of Mushrooms, sliced
    - (8) oz. Baby Spinach, coarsely chopped
    - (1) bottle (700 ml) Ragu 'Original with Mushrooms' Pasta Sauce
    - Fresh ground Salt and Pepper, any any other Italian herbs / spice to taste --- NOT included in tracker nutritional information!


1. Heat Olive Oil in skillet with Salt and Pepper.
2. Add Garlic, and sautee for a minute or two.
3. Add Mushrooms, and sautee until almost done and water has evaporated.
4. Add Spinach, cover, and steam for a couple of minutes, until wilted.
5. Add Ragu Sauce and Herbs / Spices, if desired, and heat through.
6. Serve 1/4 of this sauce over a portion of your favourite whole-wheat pasta and enjoy! :)
