Ingredients

    4 cans (15.5 oz) of white beans, such as pinto, northern, cannellini, etc (including liquid)
    1 cottage butt or ham hock (approx. 1 lb)
    Diced carrots, onion or celery (if desired)


Directions

Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with cornbread. Makes 4 servings.
