    1 package of drumsticks (the one we used had 4)
    1 egg (we used an extra large one)
    1 cup bread crumbs, Italian Style (we used Berkley & Jensen brand)
    seasoning salt


Wash your chicken. Scramble egg in a bowl and mix in seasoning salt. Pour 1 cup bread crumbs onto a plate. Coat chicken with egg mixture, then roll into bread crumbs. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until done throughout. In our version, it served 4.
