    2 tbsp cider vinegar (you could use white)
    2 packets Splenda (or Equal)
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 small head iceberg lettuce
    1/4 cup chopped onion (or 6 green onions w/tops)
    1/2 cup olive oil


Makes 4 one cup servings.

Heat medium saucepan. Add oil, vinegar, splenda and pepper. Stir over medium heat until hot. In a large bowl combine lettuce and onions. Pour vinegar/oil mixture over top and mix well.

OPTIONAL: You could sprinkle bacon bits on top if you wanted, but that is not in the ingredient list.
