    .75 pound (3 links) Honeysuckle turkey sweet Italian sausage,
    1/4 cup minced onion
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
    1 (6.5 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1/4 cup water
    2 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon white sugar
    3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    .375 cup (1/2 serving) rigatoni


In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, cook the sausage, onion, and garlic until well browned; drain fat. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and water. Mix in sugar and season with Italian seasoning and pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Serve over rigatoni
