    3 Cups mashed potatoes
    9 oz ground beef 85% lean
    1/2 cup Progesso Plain Bread crumbs
    1 cup Kraft shredded mild cheddar cheese
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped carrots (slightly cooked)
    1/2 pkg Green Giant Simply Steam Peas
    1/2 pkg Green Giant Simply Steam Corn
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup Heinz Ketchup


First make mash potatoes (I make mine using 3 large potatoes, peeled, chopped and cooked. Then I drain them from sove , mix with mixer, add 1/4 cup milk and whip till fluffy. Then I dd 3 Tbsp margerine, salt and pepper)

Next I make a meatloaf mix with the ground beef, onions, plain breadcrumbs and egg. I also add Season All spice which is great for beef. Then I pat it into a square glass baking dish.
Put it into 350 degree oven and bake till ground beef in not pink anymore.

Next, remove from oven and spread 1/2 of the ketchup onto the hamburger crust then sprinkle
1/2 of the shredded cheese over the crust.
Add the pea's, corn, and cooked carrots as the filling in the pie.

Top with the mashed potatoes, like a merigue on a pie. Spead remaining ketchup on the mash potato top.

Put back in oven (uncovered) for about 25 minutes. Take it out and sprinkle with remaing cheddar cheese. Bake about 20 more minutes or until bubbly.
After it cools a little cut into 9 pieces of square pie
