Ingredients

    turkey bacon, wheat noodles, creme, tomato paste, salt, pepper, minced garlic, tomato,

Directions

cut bacon into desired size
start boiling water for noodles
cook bacon on fry pan
add garlic after first side of bacon is done
add tomato paste and tomato
stir in small amount of water to thin out paste
once paste and bacon is heated throughout reduce heat and add creme.
increase heat to incorporate creme and paste.
remove pasta from pot and add to creme and paste mixture. Depending on day it can be 1 to 2 servings

    Good
    This recipe tasted good, but the lack of amounts for each ingredient made it difficult to make.

    I made some substitutions: lowfat plain yogurt for creme, stewed tomatoes for the tomato, and no paste. I also added basil, oregano, and parmesan cheese.
