    1lb stew beef
    2 large carrots
    3 stalks celery
    1 cup butternut squash
    2 parsnips
    1 can tomatoes
    6 cloves garlic
    2 onions
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tbsp thyme
    1 tsp salt
    3 cups beef stock
    2 cups water
    1 cup red wine


Dice all the vegetables ans meat, and at to slow cooker; add spices and salt; add broth, wine and water.

Cook on low for 6 hours.
