    1/2 a filet of turbot (204 g);

    1 tsp olive oil;

    sea salt;

    freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Brush turbot with olive oil. Sprinkle on sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill for approximately 20 minutes (10 min per side) or until done.
