Ingredients

    8 chicken thighs
    2.5 cups crushed corn chex cereal
    pam butter spray
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder

Directions

rinse and pat dry chicken

mix cereal with salt, pepper, garlic

spray the bottom of shallow dish

coat chicken with chex mix

spray the top of chicken with spray

cook at 375 for 45 minutes or until no longer pink
