Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb Turkey Breast Tenderloins
    1-14.5 oz can Hunt's Fire Roasted Tomatoes diced / garlic
    1-15 oz can S&W Black Beans - 50% Less Sodium
    1-15 oz can Kuner's Whole Kernel Corn No Salt Added
    1/4 cup Pace Chunky Picante - Mild


Directions

Drain corn and black beans and place in bottom of crockpot.
Add 1 1/2 lb turkey breast tenderloins (my package had 2 tenderloins)
Pour the Fire Roasted Tomatoes and the salsa over the turkey.

Turn to high for first hour and then set to low for 4-6 hours.

8 servings - 4oz turkey with approximately 1/4 cup of beans/corn/tomatoe mixture.

Would be good served over rice or noodles.
