Ingredients

    Butternut Squash
    Cauliflower
    Pine Nuts
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

1" Cubes of squash and cauliflower florets, chop up pine nuts and drizzle with EVOO. Roast at 400 for 1hr.
Can also chop fresh thyme, rosemary & sage for a more woody taste....
