    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    2/3 pound flank steak, cut into 6 pieces
    1 large lime
    3 tablespoons cashews
    1 1/2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped


In a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in the olive oil. After a minute or so, add the flank steaks and brown well, about 3 minutes per side. Then, squeeze the juice of one lime over the steaks. Slice the other lime into wedges and set aside. Continue to cook steaks until they reach desired doneness; then, place them on a serving platter with a lime wedge next to each; sprinkle with cashews and chopped cilantro; serve.
