    For pan:
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp gr cinnamon

    For cake:
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1.5 cups sugar
    1/2 cup shortening
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    one 15 oz can cling peaches in light syrup
    3 egg whites
    3.5 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp gr cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp salt

    for icing:
    1 6oz container nonfat peach yogurt
    1-8oz container lite coolwhip


Makes 12-16 servings (calorie content for 12 slices). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use no stick cooking spray in bundt pan. Mix together "pan ingredients" and sprikle mixture over bottom and sides of pan. Combine all cake ingredients together, including reserved juice from peaches. Beat with mixer on high for 30 sec, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed for 2 min. Pour into budnt pan. bake for 40-60 min or until top is browned and toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and refrigerate until cooled (roughly 2 hours) Frost with icing immediately before serving. So good.
