    1/2 cup bulgar wheat
    1 slice bacon, diced
    4 Brussels sprouts, chopped
    1/4 cup zucchini, grated
    1 small carrot, grated
    1/2 red onion, grated
    1/4 red bell pepper, diced
    50 raisins
    curry powder
    adobo powder


Combine bulgar with 1/2 cup water, microwave for 5 minutes
In a cast iron skillet, brown bacon, set aside bacon.
Add Brussels sprouts, carrots, raisins, red onion and 2 tbsp water, cook for one minute.
combine all ingredients.
Stuff the bird, cook til done.
