Ingredients

    5 cans (15 ounces each) red kidney beans or small red beans, drained
    4.5 to 5.5 pounds ground beef (medium)
    About 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil (enough to brown meet, onions, etc.)
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    3 – 5 big carrots (heat prior to soften up)
    2 – 3 cans (14.5 ounces) whole tomatoes
    2 – 3 cans (14.5 ounces) crushed tomatoes
    Get mix of various chili peppers (about 3 small hot red ones (remove seeds), 1 banana, couple jalapeno.
    Chili powder
    2 tsp of crushed or ground cumin
    Salt & Pepper
    Cayenne pepper to taste
    Add some hot sauce to taste if u want (I had Tony Roma’s)
    Dash ground cloves (not mandatory)
    2 bay leaves
    Couple glasses of red wine or bit less of Port
    About 3 garlic cloves
    About 3-4 tablespoons brown sugar
    Chopped up sun-dried tomatoes

Directions

Like a spaghetti sauce, brown meat with onion, garlic. Once done, add rest of ingredients, and simmer to reduce to desired consistency. After cooking a little while, taste to adjust spices, hotness. Be careful hot spice will kick-in after a long while so do not put too much.
