    1 cups oatmeal (do not use instant)
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp butter
    cup chicken, beef or vegetable broth (low sodium if possible)
    2 Tbsp dried parsley
    tsp dried oregano
    tsp basil
    tsp salt


Mix oats and egg.
Melt butter in skillet, cook oatmeal until brown about 3-5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, stir 2-3 minutes over med to med-high heat until liquid absorbed.
