Ingredients

    1 lb cooked and de-veined shrimps


    cup lime juice


    1 cup ketchup

    1 cup orange soft drink (Crush)

    cup chopped onions

    cup chopped tomatoes

    Minced fresh habanero chili to taste

    Fresh coriander

    Lime quarters





Directions

Marinate shrimps in lime juice for 15 minutes

Add all other ingredients and mix well to cover the shrimp

Let mixture macerate in refrigerator for 30 minutes

When ready to serve add fresh coriander (cilantro) and lime quarter
