Number of Servings: 8


    8 small potatoes
    2/3 cup Kraft Mayo Light
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 tsp dry dill weed
    2 tsp dry parsley
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper


Boil potatoes until soft, don't peel. Mix together other ingredients. After potatoes are done, while still warm, blend all ingredients together, with a spoon, until potatoes are completely coated. Let sit in fridge overnight.

You can put other items in this salad, but the nutrition will have to be recalculated.

Makes 8 one cup servings.

  • This was different.If I make it again I will reduce the mayo & the sour cream.There was too much sauce for the 8 small potatoes.I also preferred it warm instead of cold out of the fridge.I may even try it with pasta or even some more veggies. But will definitely have to reduce the mayo & sour cream. - 6/19/07
