Ingredients

    1 Medium Yellow Onion
    2-4 oz cans diced green chilis
    2-15 oz cans Tri-Bean Blend (Red, Pinto, and Black Beans)
    2 Packets McCormick White Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix
    2 Lbs Ground Chicken Breast
    2 Cups Water

Directions

Diced and sautee 1 medium yellow onion in nonfat cooking spray. Add ground chicken breast and "brown" meat. Add diced green chilis. Stir in seasoning mix, water and beans. Bring to a boil; cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with reduced fat shredded cheese, avocado, or reduced fat sour cream. You can also substitute sour cream with plain greek yogurt.
