    1 cup oil (to fry chicken)
    3 eggs
    .5 cup cornstarch
    2lbs chichen thighs (cust in bite size pieces
    1 cup sugar
    .5 cup white vinegar
    .5 cup rice vinegar
    .25 cup dry sherry
    2.5 tbs soy sauce
    2 tsp garlic


beat egs until smooth. Mix cornstarch in eggs until all lumps are gone. Then Mix in chicken until evenly coated.
Drop chicken in oil one piece at a time and cook until chicken floats

Mix sugar, vinegars, sherry, soy sauce, and garlic in pot and cook for 3 minutes.

Place chicken in skillet with tbs of oil and fry until golden brown mix in broccoli and let simmer until broccoli is done.
Mix in sauce and serve

Cook pork fried rice on side
