    3 oz of Shrimp
    1/4-1 cup rice noodles
    1 tsp of Ginger (freshly grated)
    1 tsp of olive oil to coat the pan
    a small amount of basil
    fresh asparagas( 4-6 spears)
    avocado (1/3 of a fruit)
    soy sauce to taste (1-2 tbsp)
    pepper to taste


Blanche Asparagas in boiling water
place rice noodles in hot water and lets absorb until soft drain off remaining water
heat oil in pan and add shrimp and ginger after shrimp are pink add soy sauce, basil and pepper
cut up asparagas and avocado and mix every thing together
