Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 box Fiber One Blueberry Mix
    2 slices (half container) Mori-Nu Silken Soft Tofu
    3/4 cup Water

Directions

Preheat overn to 425

Mix tofu and water well, then mix in muffin mix.

Place muffin papers in muffin tray and spoon mix evenly into 12 muffin papers.

Cook for 18 minutes, muffins will be golden brown on top.

Best if allowed to cool for about 5-10 minutes, but very good hot out of the oven as well.
