A yummy filling meal with lots of flavor! A yummy filling meal with lots of flavor!
Number of Servings: 4


    4 pork chops, 3/4" thick
    1t poultry seasoning
    2T butter
    1C sliced celery
    1/2 C chopped onion
    2C milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2C rice, uncooked


Sprinkle chops with seasoning, set aside. melt butter in large skillet on med-high. Add chops, cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked. Remove from skillet, cover to keep warm. Add celery & onion to skillet, cook & stir until crisp & tender. Stir in milk & soup, bring to boil. Stir in rice. Top with pork chops. Reduce heat to low (allow to simmer), cook 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
