    * *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    * Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    * *"Great Value" Cream of Mushroom Soup, 10.75 oz (remove)
    * *birds eye steam fresh southwestern corn, 2.5 serving (remove)
    * *Chi-Chi's Chopped Green Chilies (4.25oz can), 1 serving (remove)
    * *Fritos (Original), 10.5 oz (remove)
    * *Enchilada Sauce (Old El Paso), 1.25 cup (remove)
    * *Cheese, Kraft Finely Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack, 2 cup (remove)


In a skillet, cook turkey, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is browned and onion is tender; drain. Add soup, corn and chilies; mix well. In an ungreased shallow 3-qt baking dish, layer meat mixture, corn chips and enchilada sauce; top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 6 Servings
