    Kirkland Chicken Breast, 20 oz
    Goya Adobo Seasoning 1 tsp
    Flour - Eagle Mills All Natural Unbleached, 0.25 cup
    Cream Cheese, 1 cup
    Italian Herbs and Spices
    Water to cook the chicken
    A bunch of cut up asparugus
    a small head of broccoli
    several quartered mushrooms


Put chicken, seasonings enough water to cook chicken and cream cheese into a crock pot. Cook for several hours. At some point between the chicken being "done" and adding the rest break up chicken with a wooden spoon. About 30 to 45 minutes prior to eating, mix in flour with small amount of extra water and broth. Also, add cut up veggies.
