Introduction

Great combo with protein and carbs. Serve hot with some milk or substitue and your favorite sweetner (I use stevia). Or you can eat cold if you are on the run. Great combo with protein and carbs. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Oats, 1 3/4 cup
    Ground Flax, .1/4 cup
    Liquid Stevia - about 1 dropperful, OR 1/4 of Splenda (more or less to taste)
    Walnuts or any nuts you like, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Dates or any dried fruit, 1/4 cup, pitted, chopped
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    1 cup egg whites with one or two yolks (about 5 or 6 whites)
    Unsweetened Applesauce 1 cup
    1 tsp each Spices (I like cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg)

Directions

Blend wet ingredients well in one bowl, dry in other.
Pour wet into dry and mix.
Spray 9 x 9 inch baking pan and pour in batter.
Bake at 375 for about 30-40 minutes depending on your oven. Slice into 6 and you can wrap individually for easy snack to go or keep in tupperware for easy access. Keep refrigerated.
