Ingredients

Oats, 1 3/4 cup
Ground Flax, .1/4 cup
Liquid Stevia - about 1 dropperful, OR 1/4 of Splenda (more or less to taste)
Walnuts or any nuts you like, 1/4 cup, chopped
Dates or any dried fruit, 1/4 cup, pitted, chopped
Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
1 cup egg whites with one or two yolks (about 5 or 6 whites)
Unsweetened Applesauce 1 cup
1 tsp each Spices (I like cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg)
Directions
Blend wet ingredients well in one bowl, dry in other.
Pour wet into dry and mix.
Spray 9 x 9 inch baking pan and pour in batter.
Bake at 375 for about 30-40 minutes depending on your oven. Slice into 6 and you can wrap individually for easy snack to go or keep in tupperware for easy access. Keep refrigerated.
