    4 lg eggs
    2 tbsp butter, melted
    1/2 c half & half
    1/2 c water
    1 tsp cornstarch
    1/8 tsp baking powder
    1/2 c Cheddar cheese shredded
    Salt/Pepper to taste (not calculated in recipe)


* In a bowl, beat the eggs then add the next 5 ingredients
* Stir in cheese
*Pour into 4 buttered 4oz custer cups
*Place cups in baking pan; fill pan with boiling water to a depth of 1"
*bake uncovered, at 425*F for 15-20min until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
