A super quick and tasty supper! A super quick and tasty supper!

    1 Tbsp sesame oil
    2 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
    1 chicken breast, cubed
    1 medium zucchini, sliced thick
    1 large summer squash, sliced thick
    1 c fresh sliced mushrooms
    2 c broccoli pieces
    1/4 c green onion, chopped


Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add chicken and vegetables. Pour soy sauce over mix. Stir-fry for 5-10 mins or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are cooked as desired. Can be served with rice.
