Directions

Heat a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add the beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula or wooden spoon until browned (5 min). Add the onion and garlic; cook,stirring occasionally until softened (5 min). Add the carrot and cook, stirring occasionally until crisp-tender (2 min). Stir in the mushrooms, tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, and parsley; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered, about 10 min. Add the milk and cook, uncovered until the sauce is thickened (15 min). Stir in the salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package directions omitting the salt, drain.
