    4 large boneless chicken breasts
    2 large sweet potatoes, cut into large chunks
    2 C fresh green beans
    1 C chicken broth
    1 Tbsp minced parsley
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp dried rosemary
    1/4 tsp dried thyme


In a large nonstick pan, brown chicken over medium heat on both sides. Add sweet potatoes and beans. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over chicken and vegetables.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until chicken juices run clear and potatoes are soft.
