Beef Back Ribs - Fat Trimmed to 1/4 " - 3 ounces meat, 4 serving (remove)
Texas Big Beef Ribs Dry Rub Spice, 0.25 cup (remove)
Big Texas BBQ Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Dry rub ribs, cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Preheat oven 425'
Pour cider vinegar and 2 Tbsp. liquid mesquite smoke into bottom of a shallow pan. Place rack across top.
Place ribs on rack and lightly brush both sides with BBQ sauce. Roast in oven for minutes, until caramelized, brown and done.
Serve with additional bbq sauce if desired.
