Ingredients


    Vegetable Broth, 16 cup
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Onions, raw, 2.5 cup, chopped
    *Potato, raw, 5 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) chopped
    Shiitake Mushrooms, 1 cup pieces

Directions

put everything but the potatoes in a large pot cook over medium heat for about 1 hr
add potatoes cook an additional hour
serve
