    Egg, 3 large
    Canola Oil, 1 cup
    Honey, 1 cup
    Lemon Flavoring, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Zucchini, 2 cups grated
    Crushed Pineapple, 1 - 8oz can drained
    Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 3 cups
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 1/2 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 3/4 tsp
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Raisins, 1 cup, packed
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled


Beat throughly Eggs, Oil, Honey, Lemon Flavoring, and Vanilla Extract. Add Zucchini and Pineapple. Sift togther Flour, Soda, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Salt. Add to liquid mixture with Raisins and Sunflower Seeds mixing well but do not over mix. Divide into 1 9" and 1 4" greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Makes 24 servings.
