    1 1/2 c flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 c sugar
    1/4 c cocoa
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 TBSP vinegar
    1/2 c olive oil
    1 c cold water


Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 pan and cook for 40-45 min at 350 degrees. Makes 15 1.5" pieces

  • I tried these because they are simple to make and I needed a chocolate fix. They are flat, but that maybe solved by using a smaller pan. Also, they are not that chocolatey, but they satisfied my craving. I will probably make this again, but in an 8x8 pan. - 6/3/11
