    1 whole roaster chicken rotisserie cooked~remove skin (except from wings) debone and dice up
    1 cup diced celery (include the leaves)
    3 large carrots cut into coins
    1 box college inn rotisserie broth
    2 quarts water
    1 shallot minced
    green onion & parsley for garnish
    1 bay leaf
    pinch red pepper
    1 TB pepper
    salt to taste
    1 tsp rosemary..taste and adjust
    1 garlic minced


makes 8 3 (ladel) cup servings
put all in pot to boil ck seasonings after 30 minutes
