Introduction

These are really gooey good. I think the peanut butter pushes the calorie count up in these but the peanut butter is just natural peanuts made fresh from the store with the oats, and cocoa nut oil you are getting some good sources here. Enjoy. These are really gooey good. splenda sugar blend 1/2 cup
    Oats 4 1/2 cups
Splenda Brown sugar 1 1/4 cups

    Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon
    salt 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

Cream the eggs, peanut butter, cocoa nut oil, vanilla and sugars together. Add salt and baking soda and mix well. Stir in by hand the oats. Drop teaspoon size cookies onto cookie sheet. (we used parchment paper) and cook at 350 for about 8-10 min. They will not overly brown and should be slightly gooey when you take them out. Let them sit for a while before moving them.

Thanks so much. My daughter and I took a friends recipe and kept plugging in different options until we came up with this recipe. The thing is the ingredients are all really good for you even if the peanut butter pulls the cals up a bit. Thanks again.
