    1lb Land O Lake's Unsalted Butter
    3/4cup Hershey's Cocoa Natural Unsweetened
    1Cup Splenda
    1Cup Musselman's Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce
    1/2cup Eastwind Creamy Peanut Butter (no salt)
    1cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
    3Lg Eggland's Best Grade A Eggs
    2tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
    1/2tsp baking powder
    Pam Original Fat Free Cooking Spray


Melt Butter (about 2 minutes in microwave)
Wisk in cocoa powder
Wisk in Splenda
Wisk in Apple Sauce
Wisk in Peanut Butter
Wisk in Vanilla Extract
Add eggs one by one stirring in each
Mix Flour and Baking Powder and stir into wet mixture.

Pour into perfect brownie pan (be sure to spray pan and divider liberally with Pam). Spread out and insert divider.

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Makes 18 brownies.
