    1 graham cracker crust
    1 16 oz carton fat free sour cream
    2 small packages instant sugarfree vanilla pudding mix (use dry mix)
    8 oz can crushed pineapple in it's own juice
    Fat Free cool whip


Mix sour cream, dry pudding mix, and pineapple (with juice) together in mixing bowl with mixer. Pour into graham cracker crust and top with fat free cool whip. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to set.

You can change this up as you wish. I have used lemon pudding mix with real lemon juice instead of pineapple or I have used chocolate pudding and a little skim milk for chocolate. Use your imagination. Mmmm Good! and low cal to boot. Great for diabetics too!

    This pie was really great and easy to make. I'm trying to figure out how you came up with your calculations though.

    Fat: 7g
    Carbs: 50g
    Cal: 300
    Prot: 4g
    Sugar: 16g (based only in pineapple and crust)

    Might want to adjust yours because this is not a low-cal dessert.

    This pie is neither sugar free nor low cal. I have a similar recipe using a low fat premade graham cracker crust and skim or low fat soy milk. 16 slices would be difficult to cut without mushing the pie. 8 servings is realistic. My recipe (based on 8 servings) has about 163 calories per slice. - 3/20/08

    Tasty, used madarin oranges instead of pineapple. But the calorie count is WAY OFF. I come up with something closer to 250 calories per slice. Not the low cal I was looking for. You may want to edit this and re-calculate your calories for more accuracy. This one could blow your daily calorie count. - 10/26/07

    Disappointed in portion until realized at 2 portions it can satisfy and still stay within caloric, carb and fat controls. That and its taste and versitality makes it a
    double welcome to diabetics dessert allowances. It is a KEEPER.

  • I was disappointed when I realized the actual calories listed were inaccurate, my pie was extremely tart. I might try the recipe again with modifications, - 3/6/11
